We suspect Eric is allergic to the kitty litter I use ( ha ha )

suggestions for new kitty litter would be appreciated, especially if you happen to have an allergy too |

I have 86 crochet hooks on hand at the moment.. in 26 sizes... errr, what?
I've only bought 4, the rest came from me nabbing ones my mom wasn't using and stealing them from old dead projects she'd given up on while I was cleaning. Holy crap!! It's not even a full range of sizes, for gods sakes..
If anyone happens to have extra of the sized I'm missing, I'd be very appreciative if you'd pass them my way! (this doesn't mean you, Harena! ; P ) OR.. if you'd like some of the ones that I (clearly) have too many of.. |

Today I brought my 4 year old niece over to my new apartment for some hang out time which she declared was going to be a sleep over. We went to the grocery store and she played with my thread thingies and stuffs. I had a nice time! She is asleep. |

I don't remember how long ago it was but me and my mom took a trip to Georgia for a court date involving my father's death. While we were there, friend mic(miss you, dork), my mom and I went to little 5 points. I bought a ring while I was there which confuses people sometimes, much to my amusement. It's a 4 piece puzzle ring that I wear on my left ring finger because.. that happens to be where it fits. It made me crazy the first night that I had it, the instructions were driving me crazy. I remember that night vividly if not well thanks to the ring. We went to some place that had something to do with mushrooms. My mom also bought me a ring while we were there. It was on the 5$ rack but I wasn't really sure about getting it. I liked it a lot but I flip flopped. Prior to this I really didn't wear rings. I think I went through a mild phase in high school in which I had some random ones that didn't mean anything but none of them lasted long.
So, my mom bought the second ring for me. It wasn't supposed to be on the 5$ rack but the lady let us have it for that anyway. Right hand, middle finger.. Turned out buying it was the right choice. For years and years I wore both of them but at some point, maybe two and a half years ago(?) the ring got lost. I was convinced that I'd taken it off when I took a shower at a friend's and it was on their bathroom floor somewhere.. but no. It was just gone. Disappeared! I was sad sad sad... It's a big ring, takes up a large portion of my finger.. After it was gone, I found myself regularly trying to adjust it as I had when it was there..
This went on, me missing my ring until at Dragon*Con last year, I finally found a replacement. I bought it on the spot, love at first sight. Little sky with a pretty puffy cloud.
About 5 months after THAT.. I was at a friend's house and she comes over to me and says.. is this yours?! and I go GASP!!!! Her mother came for a visit and helped her clean up.. Her mom found it under a couch cushion. How crazy is that? Very crazy.
So right now, my darling sky ring is on a necklace and my long lost ring is on my finger. I miss wearing my sky ring but I'm not over the excitement of having re-found my lost ring yet. Unfortunately, my right middle finger is the only finger either of them will fit. It's like being in a poly relationship with not enough time. We'll work it out.
Side note for the pendants I wear: Jade and silver necklace my mom gave me years and years ago. The lady on the perverted moon used to be her's. I admired it when I was young and found it someplace awhile back.. She stopped wearing it because the bottom point of the moon is sharp and kept stabbing her breasts. I put it on a shorter chain.. which actually needs replacing because it's currently on the same chain as my jade and it doesn't stab my breasts but it does get stuck in my bra sometimes. I also wore a fish bone necklace for years until the third(I think) time that it broke and too many pieces got lost. Hannah gave that to me after a trip she took.
This came out of my brain. Isa talk funny. |
