I made a wallpaper for myself out of this one... and BELIEVE ME, viewing it on a kick-ass monitor & video card is WORTH IT.

I want sci-fi spander. 300+ years post buffy, post angel, Xander mysteriously still alive - not nessecarily vamped, but still running around with Spike. With spaceships. and a nifty cybernetic prosthetic eye, that he can use to uplink to their ship.

Its kinda sucky to not be able to just surf lj for all my slashy needs.
So I decided to track down some Yu-Gi-Oh! fic I found before I stumbled
on the fantasticness that is the Buffyverse....

And let me say AFF.net just SUCKS. Okay, the idea is good, but having
to wade through 45 pages of badfic to find what i'm looking for is not
my idea of a good time.

Again, so well done that after a year I remember them enough to want to
track them down again. Somewhat on the hurt/comfort side of things,
with some Virtual Reality smut. (which was the neat bit, for me. I am
such a computer geek - I have a weakness for anything like that.)

prowl yet, so maybe later...

So, here I am, creating a lj account simply to hold all the lj slash authors i've discovered lately. And to remind myself where the really cool stories are, hidden around the internet... kind of a glorified favorites list. Can't put it on my public lj, my mom might see it. Yes, i'm a big girl, but theres just something wrong with your mom seeing your smut stash. Kind of like....
Discussing blue laws at work, and a co-worker proudly (?) announcing that his home state of Minnesota had struck the law against oral sex from the books awhile ago. The conversation turned to how exactly a state would enforce that, up to & including a Vice Patrol that worked to stamp out that nasty Oral Sex stuff...
...and my contribution to that was, "...and what? They'd have your mom burst in & lecture you about talking with your mouth full?"
...this kind of commentary is a bad thing when you work late at night in a tech support callcenter. Its impolite to have your coworkers turning blue as they try not to laugh while troubleshooting someone's technical problem.
