Well I am so sorry to all my LJ friends as I am having a difficult time lately trying to keep things afloat...Money problems keep getting worse and further into the hole. My vehicle is still in the shop and haven't gotten it out yet and barely making enough money to survive lately so that is why I haven't been online much lately. I have started to do dominatrix work as it something I have always loved but you should have known that....So I am doing okay at that but not what I wish I was making...I am going to paste this badge here just in case if there is anyone who is willing to help out a sister who has helped out many sisters in her life before. Don't feel like you have to do it just if ya can it would mean the world to the Dark Kitty and her peeps.

So yeah again it has been about a month since I have updated my personal LJ, but I do read my friends and try to keep up with what is going on with them in their lives. So hey I shall give ya the 411 on what is going on with my life or as one of my best friends say I am going to give ya the "T" about things...giggle!!

Well I just spent 4 relaxing days among the trees, flowing waterfalls, animals, and Mt.Rainier with my roomies. We had decided a few weeks ago that we were dying to go camping and rough it out in the wilderness. So we did that and it couldn't have been better let me tell you. While we were there we did a lot of hiking, cooking over the open fire, drinking lots of water, sleeping in a 10 person tent, yes I said 10 person(Which means more friends could have come)and just soaking up the time without any creature comforts and not around any people. I promise everyone should do this and do this more often as to remind us that nature is there and requires a lil bit of attention.

But, alas I am back among the suburbs and the people and shall leave again on Saturday to head to the Beach for a few days with some friends, but will be back on Monday. I would love to just sit back and relax and not leave again but alas I don't have tha luxury.

Don't worry I am still alive and well, and if ya have checked out my webpage it has been and is being refurbished once again but I think this time it suits the Dark Kitty very well..I will do my best to update more often for my friends and peeps. And hey even my LJ has been redesigned ain't that cool?

So yeah it has been quite awhile since I have posted but I was working on finishing up the ficitional film I was working on and then went onto my documentary project "A Journey in Gender"...So since then a lot has happened and I figured it would be nice to right it all down for memories sake..HEHE!!

Well I am now graduated from college..Yeah say "Congrads" to me and jobless and looking for a job. I was also for a time involved with someone(to be unamed) and it didn't work out due to that she put sex first above all else...Now I am not saying sex isn't good, but to me it is secondary when it comes to having a relationship, plus she let her **** do the walking and found a GG who evidently makes her more happy..So for her I am happy...So yes I am single once again, seems like I always am though..

For my graduation my mom and grandmother came to see me graduate as well as all of my friends did too and that was nice, but the kicker was my gift for graduation...Myself and one of my friends and my family stayed a few nights in "ThornWood Castle" which is where they filmed Steven King's movies "Rose Red and The Diary of Ellen Rembriar" or something like that..It was quite creepy yet beautiful because it is haunted but a great place to stay none the less...

I also started going out more and trying to stay away from the computer because I felt like I needed a break from the internet...I am back now and hoping to hear from all the friends that I cherish and the special people(ya know who ya are)...

Everthing is well with me right now, I am happy, have my degree, working on editing my documentary, looking for job, and just trying to live my life...

So it is almost the end of my spring break and what have I got to show for it? Not a dam thing!! ARGH!! I have spent my whole spring break working dam it, but at least it is something that I enjoy and have fun with. Although I do not much care for getting up at between 5-7 in the morning seeing that I don't normally do that during college time. Okay I know you are just dieing to know what I have been up to right? Wrong I am sure you could care less....HEHEHE!!

I am going to tell you anyway. I got a job near the end of the winter session as an Associate Producer for a film called "The Venus Awaits". So I have been on locations and sets producing this film and serving as second in command. Needless to say it has kept the Kitty busy and bossy as ever. I run a tight crew and the actors as well. I can't help it but when it comes to film work I am a perfectionist. We filmed our last shot today until May when we wrap it up on my birthday none the less..How bad does that suck? Pretty bad to work on your birthday especially when ya wanna have fun.

Plus I am moving into a bigger apartment within the next week so trying to get that ready has been a pain in the arse as well...Bigger apartment and lots of love and that is what matters...

Tell me something what is tolerable to you? I ask this question to all who is within reaching distance...I have a friend who won't do or say anything without her cell phone attached to her body, and then she will never talk in front of our friends or me for that matter...But to bust a bubble she gives out her cell number like crazy...She gets called all hours of the night and it just seems like her life is revolved around it...Am I being crazy to think that it is a little ridiculous? Or just that I seem to not understand what she makes as a priority?

On the other hand both her and the other nameless friend are so into vanity these days that it makes me wanna puke...They both belong to these rating sites and must check it daily or they will go into some sort of seizure...Now maybe I am being crazy again but what importance does it have to do such things and let alone make it a priority...

What is a relationship? Is it one of those things that you do kinda like love...I mean I have always believed that love is something you do with another person, but now I am curious as to what a relationship truly is? Is it that people truly get in relationships because they need a witness for their own life? If you think about that last question for just a brief minute it has to make you ponder in thought as well as is that truly what a loving relationship is with another person. I mean it makes a little sense that when two people come together that they are there to be witness each others lives so that someone knows they lived their lives and can recount what that one person has done in their life and if you maybe think about it, isn't that love?

So yeah long time no entry but I am a busy kitty lately and shoot I just don't have a lot of time to be on the computer to chat a lot nor make an entry.. Wish my roomie and someone who I just care the jeebus out of a happy birthday today cause it is her 30th today...

I was so running late this morning to my class called "Persuasion and Propoganda". Not sure what came over me but I just was being lazy I think. So I get there with barely 10 mins left to class and didn't get any of my work done for the early morning but decided it was not a big deal seeing I put a lot of time in and work my ass off for my job. And hell I am the boss ya know..LOL!!

So I went to my class and I am so looking forward to having this class and deconstrucing Media persuasion and propoganda. We started off the day with watching a PBS show called "FrontLine" and the title of this episode was "The Persuaders". It was how large scale media helps to determine what we want, when we want it, and how they persuade us. One political analyst helped Bush, and other republicans to change the negative conotation of "Global Warming" to a positive conotation "Global Climate Changes"..I know it sounds corny but if you think about it, it truly works to persuade mass americans morals and ideals. In the class we have to do a spin on some propoganda in a group format and it has to be of course the Kitty's favortie way through media. So I see another film coming in this group cause it is practically the same people as last session.

I am already doing a Documentary called "Gender Changes" for my big project for my Tuesday class so I will be a busy film maker this session but shit I am so looking forward to it.

Today was my first day back for the start of my winter session of college. I was so freaking tired when I woke up this morning at 7:30 am to get myself ready for class and work. This Kitty was not ready to get back into the groove of things at all. So I got myself all dolled up today with a new shirt I had just bought recently, my black boots, and flare jeans. I can't help but say I did look rather cute. HeHe!!

So today was my Lyceum/Seminar class and what a way to start off the first day by figuring out my project for the session. That has never happened before, but today the staff didn't hold back any punches and got right down to it. It was good to see so many familiar faces of all my classmates and friends. Although it was fucking cold as hell here today and shit the wind was blowing feirce. I also found out today that the excutive assisant to our Campus Director was recently fired and given two weeks notice. Now this is very sad for me because Janet who held that position is a very good friend of mine and someone I truly care about. I just freaking hate that is happened and it only happened because the Executive Director was made a fool of by her fucking mistake.

It is actually a new year for the Kitty and some changes are under way as we speak. If you haven't checked out the Dark Kitty's websight well then you should it has been revamped and will continue to be so as I try to make sure I take more time for pictures. Some more changes that will take place as well will be changing around my LJ a lil and making a LJ resolution to make more entries even if I am in a pissy mood..LOL!! I also want to expand on my friends and spend some more time away from the apartment so I can have some fun, cause I rarely have fun ya know. Seems like the only time I have fun is when I go on vacation for awhile. And we all know that is just not good for this Kitty. I am someone who loves going out and spending time on the dance floor and with friends.

I will be working on some new film work and documentaries as well. If you don't already know the Kitty is a cinematographer in the making and has three doc's already under her belt, so the more the better. I also must purchase a DVD writer for my iMac as I need it when I do my editing. I am also going to delve back into the musical side of myself as well and start writing again, as it a part of me that I love to share.

If we are talking about New Years resolutions then I must make the following resolutions:

1. Graduate in June

2. Find a job before I graduate

3. Finish the Laser on my face, and maybe start on some more on other parts of my body :p

4. Make my decision about having an Orchi that my doctor is wanting me to have so that I don't have to take the massive amounts of spiro that I am on.


I haven't done much today as it is the first day of the new year. I did go to the store earlier but other than that I have been chillin and relaxing. Oh I can't forget I am listening to dance music as well and doing some serious gyrating over here..LOLOL!!

Okay so yeah today is New Years Eve and it is a pretty uneventfull day for me and my roomies. We are not doing anything special like going out or partying. We just don't have the resources to do anything special and let alone we don't know anyone who would be throwing a party. Plus there is the factor that if we were to go out I am always fearfull of someone driving drunk and crashing into us. I know that is crazy to think that but it worries me let me tell ya.

I did however sleep in rather late today as I was very tired and suffering from jet lag. I did get up early in the morning but that was only to take some medicine and go back to bed. Also we had to go to the grocery store today because we like barely didn't have anything to eat or drink. The store was so busy and I was just dying to get out of there, but ya know when ya want that it never happens. Why is that? ...LOL!!

And now to the question of my New Years resolution. I am not sure what my resolution should be this year. I know I should probably think about it though..HeHe!! I guess my new years resolution should be to become financially stable, but that seems hard being that I am in college. But who knows it could happen. I also want to be able to start finding a good job for when I graduate. Does anyone have any ideas what kind of job I should do after graduating? I am wanting to work a bit before I go get my Masters so I can open my own therapy practice but I need to work on getting my school loans taken care of. So if ya have any ideas I am open for some...LOL!!

Well I am home from my vacation to Florida and I am already wanting to go back so badly. I just hate being here in the dullness and greyness of Washington. I so desire to be in Florida and be near my new friends especially my cool new hip happening Kittylicious friend Erin!! The flights went well and no complaints there as I slept most of the way. Me and my roomie did eat some breakfast early early in the morning at Chickfla which was of course very yummy.

Our flights were good, but dam I am so tall and my yummy body(LOL) gets so cranky in those tiny seats that is pisses this Kitty off. And yes the LOL meant I am so full of shit and was kidding about that comment.

I got home a little after 12:30 pm pacific time and have not done a dam thing but check email, talk to my friends, respond to some LJ messages and play some games..LOL!! I am a truly lazy bitch aren't I? Plus it is so cold here in Washington and let me tell you the way it looks outside doesn't make it pleasing. I have not even unpacked my stuff yet and not sure if I will do it today or not as I think I will wait till I am dam good and ready..LOL!!

But yeah I am home safe and sound and just raring to go!!

Okay I admit I haven't made an entry in a day or so. I have just been having to much fun and staying busy to make an update. But no worries your getting your update as I know you want..LOL!!

On Tuesday we drove into Sarasota off of Lido Key and had a day of fun filled shopping and you can't forget the eating as well..HeHe!! We left about 8:30 in the morning to get there and arrived around 9:30 am and went up to the "Hungry Fox" for our traditional breakfast before the shops opened and started our madness of shopping. We decided to shop from 10 to 12 and then meet my Mom and Grandma for lunch at "The Columbian Restaurant" which is a cuban restaurant that has been in business in the Florida area since 1905.

I didn't purchase a lot of stuff but here is the list of things that my paws picked up. I decided to buy a Baby G watch which I have been wanting for a long time. I also got 2 bottles of wine, cause I just love wine. I picked up a cute pair of black capri pants to go with my shoes and tank that I bought. And last but not least I got a cute pair of shorts that had tribal art on them. So all in all I would say a good day of shopping. I can't thank my family enough for giving me the money to purchase what I wanted.

We came home and I and my roomie got ready for our meeting with Erin. That is right I said Erin. The famous and smart Erin James. Erin got a lil lost on her way here but we helped her find her way here and we all went out to Denny's for some eating and night of laughs. I can't tell you how nervous I was meeting her but that I just had a feeling we would all get along very well and darn it we did...LOL!! We came back to my grandparents house and drank a bottle of wine while winding down the night with fun filled action and laughter..HeHe!!

We leave on early tomorrow morning and let me tell ya I am not looking forward to it at all. I so want to spend more time getting to know Erin and hanging with her but all in due time. I know better than anyone the things that await me when I return are important, it is just I am dying to replant myself here in sunny "Florida"...

Today I had decided that I was going to have my mom and grandmother drop me and my roomie off at the Mall so we could do some shopping. So they dropped us off in North Port at the Mall and we went at it. My roomie has never had Chic-f-la, so we did some shopping and then stopped to eat there and continued our search of the mall and for the best deals. We started our day at 11:30 and finally ended it around 2:30 and just had a blast us girls being out and about..HeHe!!

To give ya the low down on what I bought today here goes. I bought a killer pair of black sandal heels that are very classy and just to die for. I also bought this black lace top that has a nude underlay and is a tank, and let tell you it is very sexy. I also picked up a long sleeve white shirt with an attached argyle sweater that is so cute. Oh and last but surely not least a cute pair of low-rise panties...LOL!!

We then came back home and had to deal with some important stuff like my roomie getting her prescription filled because she is epileptic. Plus trying to figure out if a package I sent back to my home had gotten there, which it hasn't and I am so pissed about that. I helped to make dinner which was a steak on the grill with a baked potatoe. It was a dinner that made ya feel like you were in heaven.

I ended my day on a high note speaking to Erin again and learning more about her and finding that we have more in common that I could have imagined. She is coming home tomorrow and I finally get to meet her. I am so excited!!

So we left this morning at around 10:30 am to travel down to Punta Gorda to shop at Fisherman's Village which is right on the water. Now it takes about an hour to get down there but we got there and only a few of the shops were open and the wind was blowing hard which made it very cold. So we went into a few shops and then decided to eat at the "Captain's Table". We had lunch which is always good and decided to head back out to shop.

During our day of shopping I picked up a cute "Rosie the Riveter" Tin like purse which I just loved, and also picked up a shaw or something like it that is blue and white to put over a shirt with a pair of pants. It is really cute and quite airy as well. I just feel in love with it when we arrived yet didn't buy it till much later when we were leaving.

All in all it was a good shopping day!! We came home and I made everyone Crab Cakes, cheesy mashed potatoes, broccoli,and rolls for dinner which as always only 4 of us ate out of the 6 of us. So it was a good day and this kitty was doing her thing.

Now it is time to give ya the low down on this Kitty's Christmas Day. If you have already read my first post today then you know it started with a bang and me having my first hot shower while being down in Florida.

So now to the good stuff..I think..LOL!! I finished getting myself together fixed myself some lunch and did the dishes as they were needing to be done and decided I was not quite ready to be up and about. I found myself laying down on the bed after I had eaten and taking a short nap and then woke up a little later ready and raring to go. I finished reading "She's Not There" and I know lots of people don't like the book nor the thought of her writing the book, but I found her to be funny and yet very simplistic in her story telling. So I started another book called "Girlfriends" which is about the artistry of doing drag and being in drag.

I helped fix our christmas dinner of Prime Rib, twice baked potatoes, and yeast rolls. It was a great dinner and quite filling I must say but totally worth it. After I finished dinner I checked my cell phone and made a call to Erin, but alas couldn't reach her that time so left her a message. So I went back to reading my book and also checked up on the football games that were on TV at the time.

When my grandfather and dad went to bed I decided to try and call Erin again and this time I got a christmas wish come true. I got to talk to my best buddy on the phone and it totally made both our days at least I think it did. LOL!! Well at least mine. So I am checking out for the evening having a very happy kitty day and wish everyone else did as well.

Well let me say I had my first hot shower since being here in Florida..Now that is one present I am glad that santa brought me. It couldn't be any better. I know it sounds crazy but I can't shave my legs in cold water so I was finally able to shave my legs and enjoy my shower instead of having to hop in and hop out.

It is a rainy day here in Florida today but still a rather nice day seeing that it is better than Washington State weather. So not sure what we are going to do today but I figure it won't be a whole lot. I can't wait till we can go shopping again. I just love shopping especially when someone else is buying...LOL!! So I am going to go dry my hair and finish getting myself ready and hope each of you have a great day.

Well it is offically Christmas and I wanted to wish everyone of my good friends, LJ folk, and etc. a Merry Christmas!!

So it was just Christmas Eve about 45 mins ago, so I feel I should tell you how that day went. Today was pretty uneventfull and I was suppose to wake up at 9:30, but alas I turned off the alarm clock(HaHa)and went back to sleep for an hour. So I got up and took a shower, and let me tell you not a good shower at all. It was a warm shower that immediately went to a cold shower and I hate cold showers. So I got out and made my complaint and my grandfather had to fix the hot water heater.

Today was also a day of doing nothing but just hanging around and being completely lazy which totally sucked..Erin rescue me!! I had a simple lunch that was a sandwich and did some more reading. In the evening we had a pork tenderloin for dinner and because my mom was so upset with my grandma, I had to serve everyone dinner. It was a good dinner and again lots of food but I am getting used to doing it.

After dinner was over my mom and grandma wanted to sit down and watch some movies that they had picked out. So we watched in this order "Princess Diaries 2", "Manchurian Candidate", and now they are watching "The Terminal" which of course I have seen. So now it is early in the wee hours of the morning and I am not tired so I am giving you this update.

So today was the first day of our girls day out and as always we can't go out without going shopping at some of the local places here in town and trying to get the best deals. So my mom, grandma, me, and my friend all left around 10 am and headed for the stores. We went into so many stores it wasn't even funny. I finally found this killer jacket to go with a shirt that I have plus it will go with a lot of other things too.

It was a steal of a deal especially since it was two days before X-mas. We then headed across the stree to a local Crepe place that serves almost everything in a Crepe. Well if you have never had a Crepe then you don't know what your missing. I ordered a combo meal and with it came my favorite(mouth watering)French Onion Soup and a small crepe with chicken and veggies in it and topped with cheese. I was in pure heaven but I can't forgot my glass of lemonade to wash it down with. LOL!!

So we finished up our shopping and had to go the grocery store as well as Blockbuster to get some videos. We then came home and after two hours of being home we made dinner and sat down and watched a flick. HEHE!! So all in all it was a good day, I bought a new jacket, ate great food, and spent time with my crazy family..
