maybe someone here can help me? i used to have this picture cut out and on my psych book a few years ago, and i seem to have lost it. i believe the artist was either ai yazawa or mitsukazu mihara, and it showed a black lolita who was seated... she had crutches. on the side of the image, someone had put the poem by poe "alone" which begins "from childhood's hour i have not been as others were, i have not seen as others saw... i could not bring my passions from a common spring."
anyway, if you know where i can find that image, i'd really appreciate it.

I got a couple comments on the Secrect Santa idea, so I figured I'd set up a form for anyone who wants to participate.
Just as a rule, nothing porn-related. Duh. Also, I just want to say if you can't do anything fancy, that's fine! This is just for fun, a way to bring some holiday cheer to people :D
Comment with:
-Your name (nickname, whatever)
-Your e-mail
-Stuff you want on the icons (brands, links to scans, animes etc.)
-Anything you won't make icons of (not that I can think of anything you wouldn't x_x)
The deadline for sign-up is next Monday December 12th. We'll set you up with someone and send you an e-mail of their info. You can start making icons as soon as you get the info!
Post the icons by December 25, Christmas! Post them as Friends-Only please. I'm just going to say 1-3 icons because I know this time of year people are busy.
Also, please thank people :D It's always nice to have your work appreciated. And noone is obliged to actually use these icons, so don't be mad if they don't.
Most importantly: HAVE FUN and Happy Holidays :D~

Okay so I have an idea! But first I'd like to get some input from you guys.
Why not do a Secret Santa? Like an icon exchange, where you list things you like and we set you up with people and they make 1 or 2 or 3 or something in that range of icons for you :D
I'd just like you guys to comment if you'd be willing to participate, so I can see if anyone will x_x.

I've just created a community, and it needs decorating. The only thing is I am absolutely useless at making LJ decorations from backgrounds, to banners, icons and even colours =(
So I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in helping me to decorate my community? It's a community on books, so any loli pics you can find INCLUDING books would be greatly appreciated =)
