Memories I went to see my mom this afternoon and she asked me to clear the rest of the stuff out of the attic and guess what was there, my Tri-ang rocking horse it's 40years old I've had it since I was 3. Wow the memories just came flooding back my gosh I've done some miles on good old neddy. I just love these sort of surprises, I had thought it was long gone. Current Mood:  cheerful |

Woo hooooo I just found that 'Tangled Webs', Anne Bishops next 'Black Jewels' book is available for pre order at Amazon.co.uk, I have just ordered it even though it won't be published till March 2008 I just can't help myself. Sleep? what's sleep Warning.....never ever offer to take a friend to the airport without asking first what time they need to be there rather than what time their flight is! We decided not to bother going to bed last night and left here at 2.30am to get to the airport for 4am, got to bed eventually at 5.20am and got up again at 8.30am guinea pigs, dog and cats needed taking care of *yawn* really need to get more sugar in me. But still, watching the twins sitting in the back of the jeep with their mum all excited about going abroad for the first time was lovely. I don't envy their mum and dad trying to occupy them till their flight which didn't leave till 7am. Hey interesting side effect of lack of sleep and excess sugar intake....manic cleaning...go figure....this is not like me.....at all....I need to lie down ;o) Current Mood:  tiredCurrent Music: flaming cup final |

Hello Blimey it's been forever since I was here, wow missed keeping upto date with everyone I hope everyone is doing okay. I've decided if I wait any longer in getting back it will never happen so here I be. Cripes lj has changed and I can't remember how to do the cut thing or basically anything so before I go into the gory details I will try to refresh my memory. Woke up this morning feeling like death warmed over with of all things a cough (bloody cold) just what you need when you're having a tattoo done! Well I have new ink as they say, not quite what I had in mind but there were technical difficulties, I may have a little added to it at a later date I'll decide when it's healed, but I have the were type wolf on my left arm, you are looking at one happy bunny. Had a real good laugh, those guys are hilarious and I think I've convinced the tattooist to do a battle axe on my butt *g* when I asked him both he and his assistant went very quiet, looked at each other, then at me, then the ceiling, muttered 'why me' and then said 'of course I will love' *snicker* what else could he say really, I've just got to supply the pic and off we go, now that should be a blast *chuckle* So as soon as it's healed I'll take a photo of wolfie and if anyone's interested I'll post it. Well I look less like a dying swan and more like a decapitated crow but hey it's an improvement *chuckle* Sorry I haven't been about and to be honest I really am not upto catching up so if anyone has anything you think I should be looking at please yell I'd be eternally grateful. Just when you think it can't get worse.... I've got a cold, a stinking sniffling sneezing sore throat cold.... Which means I can't go anywhere near my parents *bangs head on desk* ouch shouldn't have done that I've already got a headache *rollseyes* I'm an idiot so sue me...doing the ring the couple of relatives that might be able to take my mum shopping and my dad to the hospital this week...I really didn't need this right now *sigh* well enough of the feeling sorry for myself I have phone calls to make and quilting to ruin. Also really need to go back to the tattooist to see how he's doing with my design and book myself in for more ink *bg* hey at least the cold has a silver lining I can go get my tat done sooner...*wanders off muttering* I wonder if he's busy on friday...
