WHAT IS THIS?

briefly, this is a new sort of rating community that rates on more than just your looks. this community focuses, instead, on your livejournal content and how interesting it is. it is mean to create a resource of GOOD LIVEJOURNALS amongst all the crappy ones out there. those who are accepted are added to the member list above and add a stamp to their info so others know that their livejournal is good enough.
it is an elite community for people who like to read others journals but dislike most of those out there.

HOW DO I APPLY?

the application is in the info. fill it out. then the accepted members will vote on whether you are good enough or not to be accepted. if you are rejected, you can apply again in 2 weeks.
