Welcome to 70s_challenge, an icontest community for fans of That '70s Show. Anyone can join, so if you like the show and making icons, come on in! Here's how it works:
~*~How it works~*~
Every 2 weeks a new challenge is posted by ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) __yourbestbet__.
The guidelines of that specific challenge will be written in the post for you to follow.
Submit your icons to that post (your comment will be screened so no one can see your icons!).
Once the challenge time has ended, the voting period will begin and you vote for your favorites (not your own of course). Again your comments will be screened. At the end of the voting period the winner will be announced and they will get a banner for their icon, made by the very talented ellie_fo_20
~*~Rules to keep in mind~*~
1.) Read the rules of each challenge carefully, as they change all the time.
2.) Icons must be no bigger than 100x100 pixels and 40kb. They may be smaller.
3.) Don't post your icons in other places until after the challenge is over.
4.) No voting for yourself.
5.) If you wish to use one of the icons, please ask and we'll let you know.
6.) Entries should be submitted like this:

Our challenges are two weeks long, going from Thursday to Thursday. Voting will run for as many days as it takes to get some winners, lol.</center>
