Cillian Murphy has reportedly just signed on for a new film titled White Male Heart, which will be helmed by "Milk" director Peter Mackie Burns. The story (from the novel of the same name) tells of two long-time best friends, Hugh and Aaron who spend all their time together, hunting, drinking, and making trouble in their rural Scottish Highlands village, until a beautiful Londoner named Rebecca arrives on vacation. Hugh falls for her and begins to consider leaving with her to start new life, but the troubled Aaron is threatened and things begins to spin out of control. The film will also star British actor Eddie Redmayne, who recently featured in The Other Boleyn Girl, but it is as yet unknown which actor is taking which role, and the part of Rebecca has yet to be cast.

Oh, excellent: Designer Marc Jacobs has taken his love life gloriously downmarket again! He's back with former rentboy and longtime on-again off-again squeeze Jason Preston, according to Page Six, whose tipster spotted the couple "at Pastis Saturday, looking 'very much together, laughing and kissing...'They were overheard saying they'd missed one another during their separation." We were just saying last week that the fellow Jacobs turned up with at the Custome Institute Gala, an "emotionally grounded" Italian advertising executive, wasn't sufficiently scandal-prone for our taste. Let the threesomes and emotional drama resume again! Or perhaps not. Recall that Jacobs recently switched his Facebook status to no longer read "in an open relationship," while Preston switched his to "in a relationship." A sign of the newfound stability to come, perhaps. Either that or Preston phoned the tip into Page Six himself, and Jacobs is sticking with the hunky Italian as common sense would dictate.

Christina Aguilera had a man thrown out of a club because he bought her a drink.

The 'Candyman' singer was on a night out with friends at Hollywood's Villa nightclub when a fellow clubber bought her a drink.

Christina declined the beverage and had it sent back to the man, but soon after he tried his luck again and had a second drink brought to her table.

The 27-year-old objected to the attention and had the man escorted out of the club by security guards, according to National Enquirer magazine.

Christina has been married to music executive Jordan Bratman since November 2005.

The singer gave birth to her first child, son Max Liron, this January.

Christina recently said she will be drawing on her experiences as a new mother as inspiration for her new album.

She said: "This whole incredible thing that has taken part in my life, between the pregnancy and the birth, I've got so much to be inspired about and so much in my life to write about. This next album will have a whole new me, so there's a lot to look forward to

Children's TV presenter Mark Speight hanged himself with his shoelaces because he was "unable to contemplate life" without his actress fiancee, an inquest has heard.


Mr Speight - who presented the BBC's popular SMart art programme - killed himself just three months after his fiancee Natasha Collins died during a joint drugs binge.


Tragically, today's inquest into the 42-year-old's death was held just seven weeks after - and in exactly the same courtroom - as that of his former fiancee.

The hearing was told how Mr Speight "felt his world had collapsed" when Miss Collins, 31, died in the couple's bath after she took a fatal cocktail of vodka, cocaine and sleeping tablets.


Wracked by guilt and depression, Mr Speight's mental state deteriorated until he went missing on April 7th.

His body was discovered six days later, hanging from a metal bannister on the roof of a building next to Paddington railway station in Central London.

Girls Aloud’s Kimberley Walsh: I believe in love at first sight
Girls Aloud’s Kimberley Walsh has said she can see herself marrying boyfriend Justin Scott but they’re not in any rush to get down the aisle.

Kimberley, who has been with Justin for five years and lived with him since May 2006, told the Sunday Mirror recently: “Sometimes when Justin’s had a few drinks, he’ll say, ‘Just so you know, I definitely want to marry you.’

“We’ve lived together for two years and I think we both feel marriage will happen, but there’s no rush. There’s so much going on with the band.”

She added that she knew from the start that Justin was the one for her: “I really do believe in love at first sight. You can have a chemical reaction so you can definitely feel something straight away, and then you build on that.

“It just gets even better when you learn about someone and get to know them.”

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have gotten married, PEOPLE confirms.

The couple quietly wed Monday, says her rep, Brad Cafarelli.

Alba, 27, is expecting a daughter with Warren, 31, this summer.

The couple met while filming Fantastic Four and were engaged last December.

After confirming her pregnancy, Alba says she's been in "frantic nesting mode," taking time off from acting to get the house ready for the baby.

"At the end of the day I am so tired I can't function or speak and my eyes glaze over," Alba told Fit Pregnancy magazine for its June/July issue, "but this pregnancy has seriously mellowed me out, which is nice. I've been going, going, going for so long, it feels nice not to take things so seriously."

My Chemical Romance fans plan march against Daily Mail

Fans will picket offices in protest against 'suicide cult' claims





My Chemical Romance fans are planning to march across London in protest against the depiction of the band in the media.

The march, to be held on May 31, will begin at Hyde Park's West Pond and end outside the offices of The Daily Mail.

The newspaper has recently dubbed My Chemical Romance a 'suicide cult' band in its coverage of the suicide of 13-year-old emo Hannah Bond.

Three hundred fans are so far confirmed to march against the British press, of which the organisers from the MCR Buzznet Community in a statement claim The Daily Mail is the 'worst offender'.

In 2006, the newspaper widely criticised emo and My Chemical Romance and has recently run general pieces about the dangers of the 'cult'.

"On Sunday, May 18th, we officially welcomed little Paloma Pilar Duffy into our family. She was 6.48 lbs and 19 inches.

She was welcomed home today by pink balloons tied to the family mailbox -- courtesy of her doting daddy. I was greeted by a dozen of the most beautiful pink roses I have ever seen waiting for me on the kitchen counter. What a guy!

Paloma is already devastatingly adored by her siblings who's favorite past times have now become 1. taking turns holding her, and 2. watching her nurse. Even after five kids, I totally understand their fascination.

Thank you to everyone who sent such lovely notes and e-mails wishing me well with the delivery. I look forward to getting back to my regular blogging schedule very soon. In the meantime, I will be resting, nursing and bonding with my little angel. "

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina has banned her daughter from appearing on upcoming TV reality show Living Lohan, believing it will damage her career.

The eight-part series will follow the 45-year old manager as she tries to break her other two children, 14-year old Ali and 11-year old Cody, into the fame game.

However, those hoping to catch a glimpse of the original star Lohan sibling needn’t bother tuning in. Dina has banned her from appearing.

She says: "I told Lindsay I don't want her on the show right now. Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career."

Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, has previously warned the Mean Girls star to stay away from her mother's reality show, fearing Dina would use the 21-year-old to further her own career in the entertainment industry.

But Lohan's mother insists her intentions are genuine: "I did this to defuse the rumours about my family. The media has just been so horrific to us over the past two years. I just want to get the message across that we are a normal family."
